Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at karen@humanwellness.kr. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at NUTRAKOS.

All of our orders are shipped via SKYNET WORLDWIDE EXPRESS GMBH. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within maximum 2 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within a day. Please allow SKYNET WORLDWIDE EXPRESS GMBH up to 24 Hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, always contact us first. Email us at cs@humanwellness.kr

Do not attempt to file a claim with the carrier yourself. We will file a claim on your behalf. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete.

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. Notice of damage must be provided within 14 days of receipt.

Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging will be required when disclosing damage. Additional photos may be required throughout the claims process and is your responsibility, as the recipient, to provide them.

Do not release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, repair estimate facilitator, etc. before consulting with us. Doing so may risk invalidating the claim in progress and your ability to receive compensation for the lost or damaged item.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer shipping services to the US. Shipping is available only for selected countries, namely Italy, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. We plan to expand our shipping services in the near future and will make an announcement accordingly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

We will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Return Policy

If you have any issues and/or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Refund or replacement requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You will either be honored with a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

Any shipping fees on the original order are final and will not be refunded. All sale items (outside of promotions) are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Terms of service

Welcome to us. https://nutrakos.myshopify.com/ (the "Website"), operated by Human Wellness Corp. (d.b.a. “HW”, “our” “us” or “we”). The Website enables people to browse the Website anonymously without creating an account (“Visitors”), or create an account that allows them to post content or purchase our products through the Website (“Registrants”). The terms "you", "your" and "yours" when used herein refer to either Registrants or Visitors, or to both Registrants and Visitors collectively, as applicable; provided that such terms will refer collectively to both Registrants and Visitors unless the context of these Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) indicate otherwise. We have the right to suspend or cancel your Account and/or registration if we believe you have violated this Agreement. If we suspend or cancel access to your Account, you may be prevented from accessing the Website (temporarily or permanently), your Account details and/or any files or other various Website materials, including all text, comments, icons, images, messages, tags, links, photographs, audio, video and other content (collectively, "Content") that are contained in or accessible through your Account, all of which may be deleted by us. 3. TRANSACTIONS.

3.1 Products.

Various of our products are offered for sale through the Website. If you wish to purchase any of these products, you will be asked by HW or an authorized third party on HW behalf to supply certain information to us or to an agent, including your full name, address and credit card information. HW is not responsible for processing any payments made through the Website, and HW does not have access to your credit card information. This information is maintained by a third party. You shall provide HW or any third party acting as our agent with accurate, complete and current information at all times, and to comply with the terms and conditions of any ancillary agreement that you may enter into that governs your purchase of any product.

3.2 Payments.

Your right to any product that is available for purchase through the Website is conditional on our receipt of the appropriate full payment and related costs for such product. If such payment and costs cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, including chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If we suspect that a fraudulent transaction has been initiated from your Account, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your Account. You are responsible for all charges made under your Account.

3.3 Taxes.

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes arising out of any purchase made under your Account or otherwise made by you.

3.5 Product Descriptions.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products (including pricing) offered for purchase through the Website; however, we do not warrant or represent that all such descriptions are complete, current or error-free. If we have shipped to you a product that you purchased through the Website and you determine that such product was not accurately described or depicted on the Website, you may return such product to us provided that such return is made within the terms of our Return Policy outlined in the Shipping Policy.

If we determine that a product that you purchased through the Website was not accurately described or depicted on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse your order before shipment. We will, if practical, notify you of our reasons for canceling, or refusing the order through the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We change our product descriptions and pricing from time to time, so you must check these details before ordering from us.

3.6 Product Availability; Bulk Sales.

We cannot guarantee product availability. From time to time, HW may have to cancel or refuse an order placed by you. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We will, if practical, notify you of our reasons for canceling, or refusing the order through the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

3.7 Returns.

If you have purchased and received a product offered through the Website that you wish to return to us, you must adhere to our Return Policy under the Shipping Policy.

If there is any failure, delay or interruption with respect to the delivery of our products ordered by you through the Website, you may request that your order be canceled and that we provide a refund for such products. If an order has already been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel that order and you may request a refund subject to our Return Policy under the Shipping Policy.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

4.1 Copyright.

Registrants may post content, such as reviews, photographs, videos, or other materials on the Website (“User-Generated Content”). By creating or making available any User-Generated Content through the Website, you hereby grant to HW a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise exploit such User-Generated Content. This license will not be terminated if you close your Account. HW does not claim any ownership rights in any User-Generated Content and nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to restrict any rights that you may have to use and exploit any such User-Generated Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HW has the right, but not the obligation, to remove any material, including User-Generated Content, whether or not such material has been modified by you, solely at its own discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User-Generated Content that you make available through the Website. Accordingly, you represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User-Generated Content that you make available through the Website, or you have all rights, licenses, consents and releases that are necessary to grant to HW the rights in such User-Generated Content, as contemplated under this Agreement; and (ii) neither the User-Generated Content nor your posting, uploading, publication, submission or transmittal of the User-Generated Content or HW’s use of the User-Generated Content (or any portion thereof), will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

HW respects the intellectual property rights of others. 15. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE.

If any dispute cannot be resolved by the above dispute resolution procedure, you agree that such dispute will solely and exclusively be decided by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

OPT-OUT OF AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE: YOU CAN DECLINE THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE by emailing HW at cs@humanwellness.kr and providing the requested information as follows: (1) your name; (2) your address; (3) your phone number; (4) the URL of Agreement to Arbitrate Disputes; and (5) your clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration provision in the Agreement. This Opt-Out Notice must be emailed no later than 30 days after the date you first accept this Agreement by using the Website.

FORUM SELECTION: For any action where the Arbitration Agreement above permits the parties to litigate in court, you further expressly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Francisco, CA, USA area, UK or EU.

CHOICE OF LAW: To the extent not preempted by or inconsistent with federal law, the laws of the State of California, the European Union, and the United Kingdom (wherever applicable) will govern this Agreement and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. ASSIGNMENT.

You shall not resell or assign your rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement, and any attempted assignment or delegation will be void and of no force or effect whatsoever. This Agreement may be automatically assigned by HW , in our sole discretion, to a third party, and such an assignment will inure to the benefit of our successors, assigns and/or licensees. Without limiting the foregoing, we may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your personal information, with any parent company, subsidiary, joint venture, and a company under our common control, as well as with a potential acquirer, lender, or investor, including in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. In each such event, the PII we have collected from you may be one of the assets transferred.

17. NO WAIVER.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to a subsequent or similar breach or breaches. If HW does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in this Agreement (or which HW has the benefit of under any applicable law or regulation), such action or inaction shall not be taken to be a formal waiver of HW’s rights, and all such rights or remedies shall still be available to HW.

18. GENERAL.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Section headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. This Agreement and any ancillary terms and conditions referenced herein or included in the Website sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
